Another pretrial appearance has been made by a Muskowekwan First Nation man, charged in connection with a shooting on the reserve.
35-year-old Donovan Oochoo appeared in Regina Court of King’s Bench Friday (July 28), where his next pretrial appearance was set for October 20th. His trial by judge there is set for January of 2024.
Punnichy RCMP say that on December 12, 2021, two men got into an argument at a home, and one was shot by the other.
The victim was treated in hospital for non-life threatening injuries.
