Two People Charged in Connection With a Murder on Keeseekoose First Nation Appear in Court Again

Two of four people arrested in connection with a death on the Keeseekoose First Nation, have appeared in court again.

19-year-old Edgar Kakakaway Junior was in Kamsack today (Tue), charged with Second Degree Murder, and was remanded in custody to November 14th.

Meanwhile, 41-year-old Edgar Kakakaway Senior is charged with Being an Accessory After the Fact, and will appear in court again the same day.

Last November, Kamsack RCMP were called to the Keeseekoose First Nation, where they found a 16-year-old Cote First Nation boy dead at the scene.
