After an investigation by the Manitoba First Nation Police Service and RCMP Major Crimes, a man is in custody.
They have been investigating the homicide that occurred on January 23rd evening at a home in Birdtail Sioux Dakota Nation.
Yesterday, they arrested 29-year-old Michael Hanska and charged him with second-degree murder in relation to the death of a 40-year-old man.
