A Manitoba man arrested on the Ebb & Flow First Nation on a number of outstanding warrants, has appeared in court again.
On March 28th, Ste. Rose RCMP spotted a 31-year-old Portage la Prairie man on the reserve, but when they attempted a traffic stop, the suspect wouldn’t pull over.
The vehicle was found a short distance way after it had hit the ditch on a dead-end road, and the suspect fled on foot, but was eventually tracked down..
Jesse St. Paul is charged with Driving While Prohibited, Flight From Police, and numerous firearms-related offences, and was remanded in custody to May 14th in Dauphin.
