A new court date has been set for a man accused of being involved in the killing an Oxbow woman.
On April 25, the body of 28-year-old Brianna Hayes was discovered at a rural location in the R.M. of Moose Mountain.
27-year-old Tyler Shaw of Gainsborough, is in custody charged with Accessory After the Fact to Murder, and he’ll appear in Estevan Court on July 4.
His co-accused, 24-year-old Taylor Japp of Oxbow, is charged with Second Degree Murder, and he returns to court in Carlyle next Wednesday.
