A Male Youth has been charged with manslaughter in relation to a shooting yesterday morning in Wolseley.
Indian Head RCMP responded to the scene around 4:00 AM and located 18-year-old Keilia Windigo, who was pronounced dead at the scene.
A male Youth from Carry the Kettle Nakoda Nation was arrested at the scene.
After an investigation by Saskatchewan RCMP Major Crimes, he was charged with one count of manslaughter, possession of a firearm, pointing a firearm, and two other weapon charges.
He is scheduled to appear in Regina Provincial Court today.
