Three Saskatchewan Credit Unions have announced they’re exploring a merger.
Yorkton-based Cornerstone Credit Union, Regina-based Conexus Credit Union, and Lloydminster-based Synergy Credit Union, say they aim to create a stronger, province-wide credit union with the amalgamation.
If approved, the merger will be recommended to the members, who will have the final say.
Conexus has 30 locations, Cornerstone has 15 branches, and Synergy encompasses 12 locations.
