A Langenburg man arrested in connection with a fatal ATV rollover in the R-M of Riding Mountain West, has appeared in court again.
19-year-old Ashton Betke was in Russell Provincial Court yesterday (Wed), charged with Impaired Driving Causing Death, and he had his matter adjourned until April 23.
Last August, Russell RCMP received a report of an off-road vehicle collision in the Killman Cottage area.
A 19-year-old Killaly woman was ejected from the ATV, and pronounced dead at the scene.
