Another court appearance has been made by a man, arrested in connection with a death on the Birdtail Sioux Dakota Nation.
29-year-old Michael Hanska was in Brandon Provincial Court Friday, charged with Second Degree Murder.
He was remanded in custody to April 15.
In January of last year, the Manitoba First Nations Police Service was called to a report of an injured man at a home on the reserve, and they found a 40-year-old man, who was pronounced dead at the scene.
