Another court appearance has been made by a Winnipeg man, charged in the death of an RCMP officer. In Regina court, 41-year-old Alphonse Traverse was remanded to November 26th. 42-year-old Marlene Pagee, of Winnipeg, will be back in Regina Court on Thursday. June 12th, Indian Head RCMP Constable Shelby Patton stopped a truck in Wolseley, and while Patton was out of his vehicle, the truck allegedly ran him over.
