The weekly COVID-19 update has been released by Saskatchewan.
6,908 laboratory tests for the virus were performed with 465 new cases of the virus identified, for a weekly test positivity rate of 6.5%.
Of the new cases, 54.8% were in the 50-and-older age category.
Saskatchewan also recorded 22 more deaths due to the virus, up from 19 the previous week.
