A new court date has been set for a Kawacatoose First Nation man, arrested in connection with a death on the reserve November 26th. 33-year-old Eric Favel is charged with Second Degree Murder, in the death of Thomas Dustyhorn, and he appeared in Punnichy yesterday, where he was remanded to May 24th.
Meantime, a Muskowekwan First Nation man, charged in connection with a December 12th shooting on the reserve that left the victim with injuries was also in court there yesterday. 34-year-old Donovan Oochoo was also remanded in custody to May 24th.
