Nutrien is expanding potash production in Saskatchewan, setting a goal of 18 million metric tonnes annually by 2025, up from the current capacity of 15 million tonnes. CEO Ken Seitz says the additional potash is helping fill the void caused by reduced output in Belarus and Russia, created by the invasion of Ukraine. Nutrien has six potash mines in Saskatchewan.
