The Saskatchewan Financial and Consumer Affairs Authority (FCAA) is warning residents of an online entity not to invest with.
CA Trade Capital LLC claims to offer people an opportunity to invest in cryptocurrencies, among other things, but is not registered with the FCAA to do so.
It is law that individuals and companies need to be registered with the Authority, in order to trade or sell securities or derivatives.
People are reminded to always check if the person or company is registered, through the National Registration Search Engine on the FCAA’s website.
