Saskatchewan Liberal Leader, Jeff Walters is putting his name in the running for the upcoming Saskatoon Meewasin by-election. Walters believes that this by-election is an opportunity to show the positive impacts of the new Liberal leadership in the province. A date for the by-election has not been set. The seat became vacant with the resignation of former NDP leader Ryan Meili. Walters will face Nathaniel Teed representing the NDP and Kim Groff for the Saskatchewan Party.
