A 48-year-old woman makes her first court appearance this morning in Saskatoon.
She and her son were reported missing on July 24th and later her truck and some of her belongings were found at Chief Whitecap Park.
They were found in the U.S. in Oregon.
The woman is facing charges there related to using false documents to cross the border, and Saskatoon, her charges are mischief and child abduction.
The FSIN says she was fleeing from alleged domestic abuse.
Supporters of the 48 year old are holding a Circle of Support at Saskatoon Provincial Court this morning, ahead of her first court appearance at 9.
