A 48-year-old woman made her first court appearance this morning (Mon) in Saskatoon.
A bail hearing has been scheduled for this Friday (Sept. 2).
The woman is facing charges in the U.S. related to using false documents to cross the border, and in Saskatoon, her charges are mischief and Abduction in Contravention of a Custody Order.
She and her 7-year-old son were reported missing on July 24th and later her truck and some of her belongings were found at Chief Whitecap Park.
They were found in the U.S. in Oregon.
