Saskatchewan is expanding its eligibility for Moderna’s Bivalent COVID-19 vaccine.
Starting on Monday, everyone 70-and-up and those 50-and-older living in First Nations and Metis communities as well as those in the Northern Service Administration District, will be eligible to receive the vaccine.
It is recommended that those who are eligible for the bivalent vaccine receive it four months after getting their latest COVID-vaccination.
Individuals must have received at least two doses of the vaccine, in order to receive the Bivalent booster.
