Municipal election day in Manitoba is October 26th, but all 6 members of Swan River Council plus the mayor have been acclaimed after yesterday’s nomination deadline passed. Joining Lance Jacobsen are Don Bobick, David Moriaux and Duane Whyte and newcomers Tanya Powell, Tracy Boychuk and Corinna Medwid, while Jason Delaurier, Phyllis Friesen and deputy mayor Johnny Wintoniw did not seek re-election.
