The Saskatchewan RCMP Major Crime Unit is investigating a homicide on the Key First Nation.
Yesterday (Sun) around 5 a.m. Kamsack RCMP responded to a report of a firearm discharge at a home on the reserve, where upon arrival, found a injured man inside.
The victim was pronounced deceased at the scene by EMS, and was identified as a 51-year-old man from Key First Nation; his family has been notified and offered Victim Services.
Investigators want to speak with anyone who saw any suspicious activity early yesterday morning, or have information about the victim’s death.
