A Neepawa man facing 88 luring and child pornography-related charges, has made another court appearance. An extensive investigation by Manitoba’s RCMP Internet Child Exploitation Unit revealed that a suspect was posing as a teenage male on Snapchat, requesting sexual photos from girls under the age of 18, and meeting some in person, between March of 2019 and April of 2021. 26-year-old Jaime Centeno was arrested in April of 2021, where he was found to be breaching court-ordered conditions from previous charges in 2018. Centeno remains in custody, and he will appear again in Brandon Court next Thursday.
