Saskatchewan RCMP released an update regarding the homicide in Melville on Wednesday, that resulted in a Dangerous Persons Alert being issued.
Mounties have released the identity of the deceased, 26-year-old Tristan William Hughes-Nyszczuk of Sherwood Park, Alberta.
The identity of the second male injured in the attack is not being released, and updates on his condition will not be made, as police consider it private health information.
So far, no arrests have been made, and police have no further information regarding the suspects, including physical descriptions, images or identities.
