A Fort Qu’Appelle Man Charged With Attempted Murder Was In Regina Court

A 31-year-old Fort Qu’Appelle District man charged with Attempted Murder has made another court appearance. Theoren Pasqua remains in custody, and will make his next appearance in Regina Provincial Court on December 14th. He was arrested November 2nd, following an investigation that began September 8th, when Regina Police were dispatched to Seventh Avenue and Pasqua Street, to a report of a firearm offence. Police found a 23-year-old woman, who alleged that a man had earlier pointed and discharged a firearm at her, injuring her, and she was subsequently taken to hospital.
