Cornerstone C.U Hands Out Community Funding

Cornerstone Credit Union has handed our $75 thousand to 4 community projects through their Project Cornerstone initiative. The 2022 recipients are the Neudorf Community Hall, which gets $25 thousand for repairs to the basement, $20 thousand for the Vibank Community Hall for kitchen improvements, $20 thousand to Yorkton Minor Baseball for new batting cages, and $10 thousand for the Saltcoats Volunteer Fire department for new equipment. Since 2006, Project Cornerstone has handed out $450 thousand to 41 projects across the region , and applications will open in the spring for 2023.
