The federal and provincial governments are teaming up to provide over 81 million dollars in funding, to support 23 green or recreational infrastructure projects across Saskatchewan. Canora will receive $2 million to decommission and close their existing landfill. Esterhazy will get a total of $22 million to support the construction of a new water treatment facility. Grenfell will get more than $$1 million for the construction of a new waste storage lagoon.
