- As of September 27th, there are 398 new confirmed cases of COVID-19, bringing the total to 65,897 reported cases.
- The new cases are located in the Far North West (19), Far North East (14), North West (32), North Central (43), North East (16), Saskatoon (147), Central West (17), Central East (18), Regina (32), South West (23), South Central (7) and South East (13) zones and seventeen (17) new cases have pending residence information.
- 19 cases with pending residence information were reassigned to Far North West (from September 20 (1)), North West (from September 14 (1), September 22 (1), September 23 (1), September 24 (1), September 25 (3)), North Central (from September 22 (1), September 23 (1), September 25 (3)), ), Saskatoon (from September 25 (2)), and Regina (from September 22 (1), September 25 (3)) zones.
- Two (2) cases have been deemed to be non-SK residents and removed from Saskatoon zone (from September 25, 2021)

- 4,788 cases are considered active and 60,437 cases are considered recovered.
- Nearly one-third (32.4%) of new cases are in the age category of 20 to 39.
- One in six (16.4%) new cases eligible for vaccination (aged 12 years and older) were fully vaccinated.
- As of September 27th, a total of 289 individuals are hospitalized; including 226 inpatient hospitalizations and 63 ICU hospitalizations. Of the 287 patients eligible for vaccination, 225 (78.4%) were not fully vaccinated.
- Two (2) new deaths reported today. 672 Saskatchewan residents with COVID-19 have died with a case fatality rate of 1.0
- 1,121,821 COVID-19 tests have been performed in the province. As of September 24, 2021, when other provincial and national numbers were available from PHAC, Saskatchewan’s per capita rate was 937,394 tests performed per million population. The national rate was 1,123,656 tests performed per million population.
- The 7-day average of new COVID-19 case numbers is 461 (38.3 new cases per 100,000).
