Ninety-five percent of the crop in Saskatchewan has been combined, according to the latest weekly crop report. In the East Central region, 94 percent of the crop is in the bin, up from 84 percent last week, and well ahead of the five year average of 62 percent for this time of year. Saskatchewan Agriculture’s Matt Struthers says producers have been taking advantage of warm, dry weather, and the later-seeded crops are coming off quickly.
