Applications are being accepted for the 2021 Brayden Ottenbreit Memorial Book Fund.
Until midnight on October 31st, local schools, organizations and daycares can apply for 500-dollar in funding through the submission of a 500-word essay, describing what they would do with the money.
The fund was originally started by the Kinsmen Club of Yorkton in honour of Brayden Ottenbreit who passed away from cancer in February of 2000.
Brayden had a love of reading and literacy during his short life.
