Four people charged in connection with a pair of incidents on neighbouring First Nations, that Carlyle Mounties say are linked, were back in court yesterday. In July, police were called to investigate an alleged assault outside a business on the Pheasant Rump Nakota First Nation, that left a man seriously injured. An hour later, Mounties were notified that someone had discharged a firearm at a vehicle on the White Bear First Nation. 19-year-old Cyrus Campeau, 21-year-old Demetrius Standingready, 22-year-old Justin Desjarlais and 27-year-old Jordan Desjarlais will each return to Carlyle Court next Wednesday.
