The Manitoba government continues efforts to get people to quit smoking.
Health Minister Cameron Friesen has announced a new partnership called a social impact bond, allowing government to partner with other stakeholders to deliver prevention focussed solutions.
The initiative is beginning in northern health regions, including Prairie Mountain Health.
