The Health Foundation started fundraising for a neonatal ventilator – a machine that assists new born babies breathe. Executive Director Ross Fisher says they received a 10-thousand dollar donation from the Sandra Schmirler Foundation. Fisher says the cost of the machine is approximately $40-thousand.
