The President of the Saskatchewan Association of Rural Municipalities has a long list of concerns for federal politicians and government officials. Ray Orb is in Ottawa this week, and the original plan was to focus on the carbon tax and farm income, but the rail blockades have added another item to the agenda. There are 40 ships waiting at Vancouver and another 10 at the Port of Prince Rupert.
