A new court date has been set for one of two men, facing theft and firearm charges.
On December 12th, Regina City Police spotted a stolen vehicle, and two suspects fled on foot, but they were both eventually arrested.
20-year-old James Cyr, of the Punnichy district, appeared in Regina yesterday (TUES), and the matter was adjourned to May 2nd. He is not in custody.
The other man accused, 18-year-old Dakota Button of Regina, remains in custody, and will be back in court next Wednesday (Apr. 5).
