An update in the case of a Kawacatoose First Nation man facing a Sexual Assault charge.
25-year-old Delmont Asapace Junior was in Regina Court of Queen’s Bench yesterday, where the charge against him was stayed.
Asapace had been charged in connection with an incident dating back to November 18, 2017, which led to a warrant being issued by Punnichy RCMP, and his arrest by Saskatoon Police, in September of 2018.
