A new court date has been set for a Lestock-district man charged in connection with a violent robbery in Regina.
On May 30th, a 23-year-old man was sitting in his parked vehicle, when an unknown male knocked on his window.
The suspect pulled the victim out of his vehicle to a home, and proceeded to assault him several times, and forced the victim to inhale and ingest unknown substances.
The victim was then forced to transfer money to his assailant.
30-year-old Daniel Scott is charged with Robbery, Forcible Confinement and Overcome Resistance by Administering a Drug, and he was remanded in custody to appear in Regina Provincial Court next Friday (Aug. 14th).
