A former member of Yorkton City Council is running for a spot again. Dick DeRyk has been a member of council for 13 years on various terms between 1987 and 2009. DeRyk is the founding chair of the Godfrey Dean Art Gallery in Yorkton, and has served with several groups and organizations. Civic election day is November 9th.
