A man charged in connection with a fatal two vehicle crash just north of Dauphin last summer, has appeared in court again.
In August of 2019, Dauphin RCMP responded to a two vehicle collision at the intersection of two roads, where two pickup trucks had collided.
Two girls, ages four and six, later died of their injuries, while two women in the truck with them suffered serious injuries, as did the man in the other truck.
25-year-old Jack Winters, of the R.M. of Dauphin, faces numerous charges, including two counts each, of Impaired Driving Causing Death, and Dangerous Driving Causing Death, and he will be back in Dauphin Court on November 3rd.
