Saskatchewan’s Freeze Up Report shows various moisture conditions across the province.
Water Security Agency spokesman Patrick Boyle says there’s not much risk of spring flooding next year.
He says severe dry conditions exist, particularly in the area south of Yorkton and east of Gravelbourg.
