There’s nothing like the satisfaction of a freshly raked and mowed lawn, even if it means sporting a few blisters as battle scars! This weekend, I took on the yard with gusto, and boy, did it need some TLC. After what felt like an eternity under a cement-like blanket of snow mold, my lawn was finally ready for its spring awakening.
With the sun shining down, I decided it was the perfect day to lower the lawn mower and tackle that winter buildup. Watching the mower pull up all that leftover winter yuck was oddly satisfying.
