Have you ever heard the term “passenger princess?” If not, let me fill you in! It’s a fun way to describe a woman who loves being driven around rather than doing the driving herself. I’ll be honest: I’m all about city driving. I can handle traffic lights, quick turn like a semi-pro, and I absolutely love it. But when it comes to highway driving? That’s a different story!
Every Saturday, I head out to Langenburg, and I’m rarely making the trip alone. At the station, we have one vehicle that’s half GX94 and half Cruz FM. When both stations are heading to the same event, we just pile into one car and hit the road. Here’s where it gets really convenient: Grayson from Cruz FM actually enjoys highway driving way more than city streets. So, without hesitation, I hand over the keys and snag the passenger seat.
@gx94radio I am a #passengerprincess and I make no apologies for it! I make someone else drive whenever I can. -Olivia . . . #passenger #princess #🚗👸 #highwaydriving #driving #roadtrip #roadtrippin
There’s something so nice about relaxing in the passenger seat, snacks in hand, watching the scenery go by while someone else navigates the open road. Honestly, I’ve embraced my inner passenger princess, and I’m loving every minute of it!
So, there you have it! I’m Olivia Shearer, and I’m proud to be a passenger princess. If you’ve ever enjoyed the luxury of being chauffeured on a road trip (or just love a good car snack), you’re in good company! Drop your favorite road trip snacks or your best passenger stories in the comments. I’d love to hear from my fellow passenger royalty!
