Another court appearance for a Dauphin man arrested allegedly making threats with a firearm.
On June 22, Dauphin RCMP received a report that a woman had been threatened and chased with a firearm into a home on Forrest Avenue.
The woman was able to escape safely, and after several hours, officers negotiated the surrender of the suspect, along with a 37-year-old man and 30-year-old woman, who were not charged.
33-year-old Jimmy Pruden had been wanted on an outstanding warrant, and was charged with additional offences stemming from the June 22 incident, including assault and two counts of uttering threats.
He remains in custody, and will be back in Dauphin Provincial Court on September 9.
