A new court date has been set for one of two men, facing kidnapping and drug trafficking charges.
Last July, Mounties searched a business in Yorkton as part of a drug trafficking investigation.
They then searched a rural property south of the city, and located a severely injured, forcibly confined man inside a barn.
24-year-old Parteek Sandhu of Etobicoke, Ontario, appeared in Yorkton Provincial Court today (Fri), where he was remanded in custody to next Thursday.
His co-accused, 47-year-old Ryan Langford of Yorkton, returns to court on August 25.
