An 82-year-old man who was reported missing from Canora has been found safe, according to Saskatchewan RCMP.
Roland “Rollie” Wilcox was last seen around 3:30 p.m. on August 4 on 5th Avenue West in Canora. He was driving a grey or silver 2005 Ford Focus with Saskatchewan licence plate 565 LNI.
Police confirmed he had been in Moose Jaw during the morning of August 4 and were following up on information that he may have been seen west of Good Spirit Lake that evening. RCMP had advised that Wilcox could appear confused or disoriented.
In a brief statement, Canora RCMP thanked the public and media for their assistance in helping to locate Wilcox, and requested that his image be removed from circulation, including on social media.
No further details have been released.
