An Ochapowace First Nation man, charged with Second Degree Murder, after a death on the reserve, has made another court appearance
33-year-old Dustyn Allary was in Broadview Provincial Court Aug. 6, where he was released on five-thousand dollars bail, with his next appearance set for Aug. 13.
In April of last year, Broadview RCMP were called to an Ochapowace residence on a report of an injured man.
32-year-old Elias Still of Ochapowace, was pronounced dead at the scene.
