The Yorkton Terriers hosted their Annual General Meeting Wednesday night at the Gallagher Centre, where fans, supporters, and organization members gathered to review the past year and prepare for the 2025–26 SJHL season.
A key part of the evening was the election of directors to the team’s Board. Four new members were added, while four long-serving directors stepped away. Pat Koskie and Jason DeRuck resigned their posts, while John Collins and Chad Holinaty did not seek re-election. The club thanked each for their dedication and service to both the team and the Yorkton community.
The Terriers confirmed their new Board of Directors as follows:
-
President: Curtis Malysh
-
Vice President: Kurt Karcha
-
Secretary: Stephanie Buckle *
-
Treasurer: Sarah Nelson
-
Treasurer: Becky Dutchak *
-
Governor: Grant Ottenbreit
-
Alternate Governor: Dean DePape *
-
Board Members: Ed Witherspoon, Josh Garbutt, Scott Hoffart, Acacia Bushenlonga *
(*Newly elected)
With this mix of experience and fresh perspectives, the Terriers enter the 2025–26 campaign with a strong leadership group guiding the organization forward.
The Terriers will hold their Fall training from August 28th to 31st
