PUNNICHY – Another court appearance has been made by a Regina man, arrested in connection with a shooting incident on the George Gordon First Nation.
On August 19, Punnichy RCMP received a report of an injured woman outside a home on the reserve.
The investigation determined she had been shot during an altercation with a man, who fled the scene on foot.
24-year-old Xavier Worm was later arrested.
Worm faces numerous charges, including attempted murder.
In Punnichy Provincial Court on Tuesday, he was remanded in custody to September 16.
