Saskatchewan has signed a memorandum of cooperation with Japan.
The goal of the MOC is to encourage collaboration on how Japan can support infrastructure investment with a focus on sector priorities that includes helium development.
Saskatchewan’s growth plan calls for increasing the number of markets where Saskatchewan exports 1-billion dollars.
Last year, the province saw 1.2-billion dollars in goods exported to Japan, with the majority being agri-food products.
