Another court appearance for Dauphin business owner accused of selling illegal goods

A man arrested in connection with two separate search warrants at a Dauphin business, has appeared in court again.

52-year-old Rashid Noor had his matters heard in Dauphin Provincial Court yesterday (Tue), where they were adjourned to October 14.

Last December, Dauphin Mounties executed a search warrant at a business, and seized unstamped tobacco and vaping products.

Then in April, they raided the same business again, and seized more unstamped tobacco and vaping products, as well as four bottles of liquor.
