One person is in custody and police are searching for a second individual, after an assault at a Yorkton business.
On April 30th, an altercation between a group of individuals took place outside of the business, where an adult was assaulted with a knife and bear spray was deployed at the victim.
21-year-old Jason Finlay of Yorkton was arrested, charged with numerous offences including Assault with a Weapon, and he will appear in Yorkton Provincial Court on May 10th.
Police are trying to locate 22-year-old Terran Finlay, who is described as 5-foot-9, 150 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes, and he has tattoos on his hands and arms.
