Audrey from Swan River brought me delicious hors d’oeuvres she made when I was at the Empty Bobbin this week. I hope you try them. These were so good!
1 baguette
1 250 brick Philadelphia cream cheese
1/4 cup sour cream
1 Tbsp. chicken soup base (dry)
chopped green onions
chopped dill
Mix well and spread on fresh sliced baguette.
This is really easy to make and tasty. I find if I make it the day before the flavour is even better. Add chopped green onions, dill and chicken base to your liking. Baguettes are sometimes hard to find, but Co-op usually carry them, the fresher the better.
